Program:
You are Your Organization’s Greatest Asset: Simple Ways to Derail a Meltdown

After a low response in April due to spring break, our program featuring Laura Bender has been moved to our May program! Laura will be covering something that affects every one of us in our work and personal lives – stress and mindful leadership.

She will explain the different types of stress and their impact on our health. She’ll also give us some simple ways to mediate stress in our daily lives.

Laura will also discuss Mindful Leadership, and attaining it in the middle of the stress storm we often find ourselves. This will be a very interesting program and very relevant to our day-to-day lives so please be sure to join us!
